THE PROGRAM

You work hard! You bring your “gourmet meal” to each event you work on, but do you know much about what your other colleagues have on their "plate"  when they are working on an event? Do you sometimes feel like you are all alone on the buffet and the “other dishes” didn’t show up or are undercooked?

  This program is about having the awareness of what others’ goals, requirements and path are to get to the end result.  We all affect one another, and this fun experiential event is to bring greater attention and understanding to that and more.

Join us at BANCA by Di Bruno Bros. as NACE Philly's own Jill Magerman + her business partner, Sandra Olper, lead us on this exploration through the buffet of event professionals + how together, we make can make the perfect dish!

Objectives:

• Discover and get curious about the other event professionals’ world.

• Become aware of the challenges that others’ face • Appreciate what the other professionals bring

• Embrace a cooperative vs. competitive relationship with the other event professionals

JILL + SANDRA:

Jill (who is a member of our very own NACE Philly Family, and also a wedding officiant), and Sandra (her business partner) are certified professional coaches and the founders and CPOs (*Chief Play Officers) of ME to WE Coaching and Consulting. They believe that when you feel more confident and connected to your strengths, you unleash the leader within you. Once you tap into that, your creativity flows, communication gets clearer and you become a better team player, which in turn produces greater results. Using the principles of Authentic and Creative Leadership (ACL), they create fun, interactive workshops, seminars, retreats and conference events including pre-conference planning and coaching, that get you out of your chair and into meaningful action to achieve your goals. In addition, they offer comprehensive coaching packages for individuals and/or teams that embrace the principle of: “Empowering your ME, Enriches the WE.”
